Gullco Welding Positioner is positive drive rotary turn tables complete with mounting flange, drive and tilt mechanisms and microprocessor based pulse width modulation motor control. Standard and programmable models are available. They are driven by a 24 volt permanent magnet motor and gear head power unit assembly. The microprocessor motor control enables operator interface of start, stop, clockwise, and counter clockwise rotation. This includes a variable speed setting capable of infinite adjustment of speed within the products range. Rotation speed is electronically controlled using an optical tachometer located on the gear motor. Table tilt is manually set at any desired angle between 0 –90 degrees both quickly and easily.
